    • No public deploy, payments, mint, or Pump.fun launch

    Phase 2 — Auth & staged dry-run

    • Demo auth (localStorage session — not production accounts)
    • Isolated project workspaces per demo user
    • Prompt → staged simulated AI artifacts → ready-to-preview
    • Offline mock launch status UI without chain spend
    • No public deploy
  3. 03Done (local)

    Phase 3 — Devnet / test launches

    • Solana devnet memo adapter (user-signed Memo program tx)
    • Pump.fun path as feasibility stub (not live create)
    • Idempotency keys + submit locks for duplicate prevention
    • Billing sandbox stub (not charged)
    • Mainnet refused; still no public deploy
